Science Park...it doesn't sound like a tasty environment.  And Restaurant Polder doesn't look like a delicious place at all, it's an ugly metalic tube. Science Park is a new neighborhood in Amsterdam where they are planning to settle University's, research company's and other scientific stuff. So the last thing on your mind will probably be, having dinner with a bunch of nerds. But, we're missing one important thing here: it's crowded with students and young people, who know what's hip and good.



So Café Restaurant Polder, is a very open en relaxed place to enjoy drinks and food. According to those young and hip the service is great and the food is definitely worth a trip to Science Park, because that's another thing: it's hard to get there, accept by train. So if you have time on your schedule, take the train to Science Park because good food needs research as well!
